Priyanka Chopra recently made headlines for bagging a role in an international TV series. The next few days will be taxing for the actor as she will have to regularly shuttle between Mumbai and the US for professional commitments. Priyanka left for Los Angeles (LA), USA, on May 11 for a two-day trip. “The makers of the international show informed her that a press conference was being held on May 12 to announce the show. So, she will stay in LA for two days for that, and will then return to Mumbai,” says a source close to the actor.
Apparently, after returning to India on May 14, Priyanka will start shooting for Bajirao Mastani. “She will shoot for two days in Mumbai, before going back to LA for a five-day schedule of the TV show. Her dates have been managed in such a way that she will be able to make time for the international project as well as her Hindi films,” adds the source. Post the five-day schedule of the TV show, Priyanka will apparently return to India to promote her next, directed by Zoya Akhtar. “She will have to be part of the promotional activities till it releases. After the film hits the screens, she will start shooting for Prakash Jha’s film,” says the source. When contacted, the actor’s spokesperson confirmed the news, and said, “Priyanka has a packed schedule ahead. She will be travelling between Mumbai and LA for her Bollywood and TV commitments.”
